Introductory and Advanced Care Management Training
Two related modules provide line staff with a thorough overview of practice standards for client-centered, integrated systems of
care.
Supervisor Training
Covers care management supervision methods and structures.
Introductory and Advanced Cultural Competence Training Two related modules designed to highlight issues of cultural and linguistic competence and to educate staff members and other system stakeholders on the importance of these issues in program design, care planning, service delivery and ongoing system management.
Leadership Training
Explores the role of leadership and examines management issues and needs, including network development and internal organization management.
Outreach Modules
Useful in educating other system partners (e.g. service providers, social service and child welfare agencies, courts, schools) on implementation and the long-term implications of an integrated system of care for their own organizations.
Train-the-Trainer Methods
Training of in-house staff on the principles of adult learning, experimental learning approaches and methods for teaching the "substance" of the above modules. Ensures ongoing, cost-effective organizational learning and staff development over time.
Information Technology
Training Training on the effective use of the CareManager® Information System for care management, clinical supervision, utilization management and reporting.
